1. No Refund Policy
At IILD Services, we strive to provide high-quality training programs and digital services. Once a course or service has been purchased, the fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
2. Exceptional Cases
Refund requests may only be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:
- Duplicate Payment: If a user accidentally makes a double payment for the same course, we will process a refund for the duplicate amount upon verification.
- Course Cancellation by IILD: If IILD Services cancels a course due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or an option to enroll in a future batch will be provided.
- Technical Issues: If a technical error prevents access to the course, and the issue is not resolved within 7 working days, a refund may be considered.
3. Transfer & Rescheduling
- Learners may request to reschedule their enrollment for a future batch instead of requesting a refund.
- Transfers to another learner may be permitted at the discretion of IILD Services, subject to management approval.

- Full name
- Course or service details
- Payment proof
- Reason for refund request
IILD Services will review the request and notify you of the decision within 7 working days. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.
5. Changes to This Policy
IILD Services reserves the right to modify or update this Return and Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be reflected on our website, and it is the responsibility of the learner to review them periodically.
