Sanjiv Mehan is a seasoned fashion and management professional with over 40 years of leadership experience across the domestic and international fashion industry. He has held senior positions including CEO, Managing Director, and Vice President, with extensive responsibility for business growth, profitability, marketing, sales, manufacturing and strategic management.
An MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi, Sanjiv combines extensive corporate experience with a strong academic background. He currently serves as Professor of Practice in the Department of Management Studies, Head of the Department of Bachelors of Fashion and Apparel Design (BFAD), and Additional Dean – Outreach at PIET, Samalkha.
His teaching expertise covers Business Strategy, AI in Digital Marketing, International Marketing, Apparel Merchandising and Marketing, enabling learners to connect management concepts with practical industry applications.
Throughout his career, Sanjiv has worked with organizations including Lee Cooper India, Cantabil Retail India, Numero Uno and Ritu Kumar, while also contributing as a consultant and educator.
